My Journey with Abzooba…

Abzooba, grows 10 now!! Indeed, I am a proud member of this loud celebration.
I relocated from my home-town to Pune around 2 years back to join Abzooba, leaving my family, friends, and a comfortable job close to my home. From then to now, I have always worn a smile on my face on being associated with this wise organization growing up & high. I was hired for the Big Data & Cloud Practice which was then a newly set up unit at Abzooba and I was the first women member of this Practice. The team welcomed me wholeheartedly and has never given me a chance to look back. I consider myself as a privileged and proud member of the team and Abzooba.
I enjoy working with Abzooba because of its pleasant atmosphere, right interventions of leaders & smart associates around me. This does not only make me learn and keep growing but also gives me space to live my life to fullest. It has helped me grow as a leader and has given me a platform to showcase my qualities. What I like the most about Abzooba is it’s warm and accommodating nature towards its Associates. I am happily & effortlessly living this journey and can envision the career ladder I am climbing up.
A Big thank you to the leaders who always stand tall with me and gives me the platform to rise. Being a highly motivated associate, I have also witnessed Abzooba’s focus on – Unity and Diversity where they have made considerable additions in the number of women associates in the team within a short span of time. Not surprising, they feel the same as me – Secure. Privileged. Proud & in tune, completely.
